陳 智 彦
出生於香港，在宗教環境中成長的經歷，以及中學時期對抽象表現主義的接觸，引導從多元視角思考世界。於香港知專設計學院學習期間，對文化、神話、神秘學及信仰體系產生濃厚興趣，這些成為早期創作的靈感來源。
短暫擔任攝影師後，於 2017 年進入國立臺北藝術大學新媒體藝術學系，開始探索體制外的創作路徑。創作實踐橫跨裝置、聲音、程式設計、劇場、影像及表演等多種媒介，核心關注信仰與史詩的當代轉化、技術哲學的反思、身體與科技的交纏關係、新的表演形式，以及人與萬物間的微妙聯繫與情感。
熱衷於跨領域合作與技術實踐，於 2019 年共同創立自製樂器團體 WWC，負責聲音、程式、電路等多重角色；自 2021 年起與 404 N.F 緊密合作，主導技術研發、裝置製作與展覽策劃；並於 2023 年開始探索生成式藝術與 NFT。
作品曾獲選參與臺灣國際光影藝術節、臺北白晝之夜、月津港燈節等展演，並於 C-LAB 臺灣當代文化實驗場演出及關渡美術館展出。曾與團隊榮獲紅點設計大獎 Best of the Best、美國繆思設計大獎金獎、新媒體藝術卓越獎首獎等肯定。目前於國立臺北藝術大學新媒體藝術研究所持續深造。
Born in Hong Kong, his upbringing within a religious environment, coupled with exposure to Abstract Expressionism during high school, guided him to contemplate the world from diverse perspectives. While studying at the Hong Kong Design Institute, he developed a keen interest in culture, mythology, mysticism, and belief systems, which became early sources of creative inspiration.
After a brief period working as a photographer, he enrolled in the Department of New Media Art at Taipei National University of the Arts (TNUA) in 2017, beginning his exploration of creative paths outside established systems. His artistic practice spans various mediums including installation, sound, programming, theater, video, and performance. His core focus lies in the contemporary transformation of faith and epic narratives, reflections on the philosophy of technology, the intricate relationship between the body and technology, new forms of performance, and the subtle connections and emotions between humans and all things.
Passionate about interdisciplinary collaboration and technical practice, he co-founded the DIY musical instrument collective WWC in 2019, taking on multiple roles in sound, programming, and circuit design. Since 2021, he has collaborated closely with 404 N.F, leading technical research and development, installation fabrication, technical planning, and exhibition coordination. In 2023, he began exploring generative art and issuing NFTs through programming.
His works have been selected for major exhibitions and events such as the Taiwan International Light Festival, Nuit Blanche Taipei, and Yuejin Lantern Festival, and have been presented in performances at C-LAB (Taiwan Contemporary Culture Lab) and exhibitions at the Kuandu Museum of Fine Arts. With teams, he has received accolades including the Red Dot Design Award: Best of the Best, the MUSE Design Awards: Gold Winner, and the Grand Prize of the Excellence Award in New Media Art.
He is currently pursuing further studies in the Graduate Institute of New Media Art at Taipei National University of the Arts (TNUA).
